e-Federal Gazette
The official portal of e-Federal Gazette was officially launched by Y.B. Dato’ Seri Mohamed Nazri bin Abdul Aziz on 26th April 2011 at Dewan Tan Sri Abdul Kadir Yusof, Attorney General’s Chambers. Commencing 26th April 2011, all main subsidiary legislations namely P.U.(A) and P.U.(B) can be accessed from this portal.


Publication of Acts
All Acts passed by Parliament in March 2011 can be accessed from this portal commencing 2 June 2011.

The e-Federal Gazette portal is the official portal for the publication of all federal legislation. The online gazetting will be carried out in stages according to phases. The first phase which covers the gazetting of subsidiary legislation, namely the P.U.(A) and P.U.(B), has commenced on 26 April 2011. The second phase which covers the gazetting of legislation passed by Parliament starting from March 2011 has commenced on 2 June 2011. The federal legislation can be accessed and downloaded at no charge from this portal from 26 April 2011. Users are however reminded that the legislation downloaded and printed from this portal do not constitute copies of the Gazette printed by the Government Printer i.e. Percetakan Nasional Malaysia Berhad (PNMB), as provided under the Interpretation Acts 1948 and 1967 [Act 388].
